FROSTING & FILLING OPTIONS

ITALIAN MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM (IMBC)

Our go-to frosting option for cake fillings, not overly sweet and pairs so well with any cake flavor. IMBC is a fluffy, creamy frosting made with egg whites, sugar syrup, butter and flavors of choice. 

Options: Filling and/or Frosting

Color Scale: Produces light and pastel colors

Sugar sweetness Scale: Medium / Just Right

 

AMERICAN BUTTERCREAM  (ABC)

Extremely sweet but oh-so delicious!  
ABC is still one of our favorite sweet sins!
If your a fan of grocery store frostings then this one is for you. 

Options: Filling and/or Frosting

Color Scale: Produces bright colors

Sugar sweetness Scale: Extreme 

 

 

CHOCOLATE BUTTER GANACHE'(CBG) (*Extra Costs Apply)

Used as a cover frosting only.

CBG is a favorite for smooth clean lines. An alternative to fondant,
it 
colors extremely well and always looks amazing.

CBG is made with chocolate and unsalted butter. 

Available in Dark, Milk and White or Colored Chocolate.

Options: Frosting - Covering only

When it comes to planning for your big event it's hard to know just how much cake

you will need because lets face it not everyone eats cake, shocking I know, but each to their own!!

 

Below you will find some information in regards to cake cutting and serving size guides,
please use this to help gauge a starting point for your cake journey.

Upon placing your order you will receive a recommended cutting guide for your cake. As party triangles always yield less servings 

we always recommend cutting and serving square pieces, yes even on a round cake!!

DOUBLE-BARRELL TALL CAKES

Each Standard cake contains x3 layers of cake and x2 layers of frosting and there is a small cake board in the middle of the two cakes separating them, unseen from outside world.

*Please note that when cutting into the cake, to stop when you hit the board inside. Once the top cake has been served you can discard the board and continue cutting up the second cake for serving.
